Terms & Conditions for 77zx

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "77zx", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 77zx online gaming platform operating at 77zx.org, including its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 77zx platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player upon successful registration on the 77zx platform.
• "Platform" means the 77zx website at 77zx.org and all related services, games, betting markets, and features accessible through it.
• "Real Money Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds deposited by a player and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 77zx and its licensing authority.

By accessing the 77zx platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 77zx platform and, if you hold an account, contact our support team to initiate account closure and withdraw any remaining real money balance.

77zx reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. See Section 14 for the full amendments policy.

To register an account on 77zx, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. There are no exceptions to this requirement. 77zx actively enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 77zx or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or licensing partners.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on 77zx or on any other platform that has a data-sharing arrangement with 77zx.

During registration, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

77zx may, at its discretion, decline a registration application without providing a reason. Upon registration, 77zx will send a verification communication to the email address or mobile number provided. Accounts that remain unverified for 30 days may be removed from the system.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77zx account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 77zx immediately via live chat at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be taken.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — this is strongly recommended.
• Never access your 77zx account on a shared, public, or unsecured device or network.
• Log out of your account fully when not in use, particularly on shared devices.

77zx uses 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform. All player sessions are authenticated and monitored for suspicious activity. However, account security also depends on the precautions you take on your own devices and networks. 77zx cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security practices on your end.

77zx is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gaming on the 77zx platform should be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income, and players should never bet more than they can comfortably afford to lose.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 77zx players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for a single gaming session. The platform will alert you when your limit is approaching and log you out when it is reached.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications during active sessions showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the 77zx platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and marketing communications are suspended.

All 77zx player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits may be made using the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at 77zx's discretion.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 50 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Limits vary by payment method and account tier. Please refer to the cashier section of your account for current maximums.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your account in real time upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within 15 minutes of payment confirmation from the bank.
• 77zx does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside 77zx's control.

77zx reserves the right to request documentary evidence for any deposit transaction as part of its KYC and AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the deposit being reversed or the account being suspended.

Players may request withdrawal of their real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the account has not completed KYC verification.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Varies by account tier and payment method. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rs 50,000 per day. VIP accounts have higher limits as specified in the VIP Programme terms.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 1–2 banking business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.

77zx reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. These checks are conducted to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform and are typically completed within 24 hours.

77zx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance and must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) on eligible games before they can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 25x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The exact wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rates for each game type are displayed in the promotions section of the platform.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 77zx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms.

All bets placed on the 77zx sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. General betting rules applicable across all markets are as follows:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available for that market.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrectly displayed price, 77zx reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20I, ODI, and Test matches — are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a match abandonment or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules.
• Minimum bet: Rs 10. Maximum bet per market: as displayed at the time of bet placement. 77zx reserves the right to limit bet sizes for specific players or markets without prior notice.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. RNG outcomes are final and cannot be contested except in cases of documented technical malfunction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, players must contact 77zx support within 72 hours of the relevant event concluding. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. 77zx's decision on any dispute is final, subject only to escalation to the relevant gaming authority as described in Section 15.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77zx platform. Any player found to be engaged in any of the following will have their account immediately suspended and all associated balances forfeited pending investigation:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to: use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks after withdrawal, or identity fraud.
• Collusion with other players in any game or market for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software including betting bots, auto-clickers, AI-assisted betting systems, or any other tool that automates gameplay or bet placement without human input in real time.
• Exploitation of software errors or glitches — any player who discovers a technical error that creates an unintended advantage is required to report it to support rather than exploit it.
• Money laundering — using the 77zx platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their illegal origin. 77zx is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Match-fixing or any activity that constitutes manipulation of a sporting event, whether directly or indirectly.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction — using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the 77zx platform — including but not limited to: the 77zx brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the intellectual property of 77zx or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 77zx platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 77zx platform without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the 77zx platform.
• Create derivative works based on 77zx content.
• Use 77zx trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context without prior written consent from 77zx.

Any unauthorised use of 77zx intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77zx's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77zx account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77zx shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, even if advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 77zx's reasonable control, including internet service failures, payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security on your own devices or accounts.

The 77zx platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, though we take all reasonable steps to ensure platform stability and security.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By you: Contact 77zx support to request account closure. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
• By 77zx: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, particularly where a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited activity, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Upon termination by 77zx for cause, the following apply:

• Any bonus balance is immediately forfeited.
• Real money balance will be returned minus any amounts associated with fraudulent or prohibited transactions.
• 77zx may retain account data for the period required by its licensing and AML obligations.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination, including any outstanding dispute resolutions or pending withdrawals.

77zx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77zx will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or our licensing authority.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms & Conditions came into effect. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77zx holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the following process:

1. First — Internal Resolution: Contact 77zx support and submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected]. 77zx will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final decision within 14 calendar days.
2. Second — Escalation to Licensing Authority: If you are not satisfied with 77zx's final decision, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant gaming authority under whose licence 77zx operates. Details of the applicable authority will be provided in the final decision communication.
3. Third — Arbitration: Where the licensing authority's process does not resolve the matter, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights pending resolution of the dispute.
